Our concept of a “factory filled with creativity and innovation” was born in Japan in 2011. We wanted to create sweets that no one has ever made, using carefully selected milk and high quality cheese, combined with ingredients from not only Japan, but also around the world. We combine the new with nostalgic, the unexpected with the flavorful.
The Japanese have an expression “ほおがおちる” (HOPPE GA OCHIRU) which means “Your Cheeks Drop“. This expression is used when something delicious is eaten. Just one bite of our products will make your heart pound. One innovative sweet follows another. That’s what Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is about.
